How long does your beef jerky stay fresh?
Our jerky is handcrafted in small batches and is best enjoyed within 12 months of the production date if the package remains sealed. Once opened, we recommend consuming the jerky within 3 to 5 days for optimal flavor and texture.
Is People's Choice Beef Jerky gluten-free?
We offer a variety of gluten-free options, including our Old Fashioned and Sea Salt & Pepper lines. Please check the specific product descriptions and ingredient labels on each bag for detailed allergen information.
When will my order ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Do you use nitrates or MSG in your products?
Many of our product lines, specifically our Old Fashioned jerky, are made without added nitrates or MSG. We pride ourselves on using simple, high-quality ingredients that you can find in your own kitchen.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 30 days and we will make it right.
Where is your beef sourced from?
We use 100% American beef, sourced from trusted partners. All of our jerky is sliced, marinated, and dried at our family-owned facility in Los Angeles, California, just as we have done for four generations.
